Refund / Cancellation / Postponement Policy

Once paid, subscription fees for a Viva India course or training on https://lms.viva-india.org are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course or training in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a course or training, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled course / training within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Subscription fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed course / training shall be applicable to the rescheduled course /training on a rupee for rupee basis only.

In the event Viva India elects not to reschedule the cancelled course or training, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any subscription fee(s) already paid. Viva India is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes. Viva India reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each course or training without notice.

By registering for a course, you acknowledge that Viva India does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding and knowledge to become a practitioner of child safeguarding, counselling, mentoring, teaching and training. Regardless of whether you become a practitioner, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not dependent on whether you become a practitioner of Viva India courses.

Registration Confirmations

You will receive the login and password to access the course within two working days after the payment for the course is credited into The Viva India Trust bank account. If you do not receive it in two working days, please contact the office at +91 11 40544391 or email info@viva-india.com.

Payment Information

The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard debit and credit cards. Payment can be made through online bank transfer, UPI, through cheque and demand draft made in favour of ‘The Viva India Trust’ A payment charged to your credit card account is processed in INR at the then applicable foreign currency exchange rate, if the price shown is denominated in a currency other than INR. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates and internet posted exchange rates.

Tax Matters

On payment for the course subscription you are eligible for a Tax Invoice, a copy of your invoice should be issued to you by Viva India. If you do not receive the tax invoice, you may request a tax invoice be mailed to you by contacting us at info@viva-india.org, with the subject line “REQUEST FOR TAX INVOICE.
